Manage Your Location

Each location has an owner defined by an email address and a location password used for making changes.

Location Specific Information

  • Counties served (County Settings)
  • Zip codes covered (Zip Code Settings)
  • Schools in area (School List)
  • Location description (Location Settings)
  • Location owner, alternate email and password (Location Email/Password)

County Settings Menu

All county listings have 2 parts: a unique 1 character code (this first letter if possible) and the county name. This menu allows you to add, change, or remove any counties in your location.

  1. Click the Location Management tab, then click County Settings
  2. To change a county, click the button in front of the county, then click Edit County.
  3. Type your changes.
  4. Type in the location password and click Save Changes.

Zip Code Settings Menu

Each zip code in your location should appear in this list along with its city, county and area code. This menu allows you to lookup information about a zip code, and add, change, or remove any zip codes.

  1. Click the Location Management tab, then click Zip Code Settings
  2. To add a zip code, type in the zip code, city, and area code.
  3. Choose its county from the county list that is displayed.
  4. Type in the location password and click Save Changes.

School List Menu

Schools in your location can be added, changed or deleted in this menu.

  1. Click the Location Management tab, then click School List.
  2. To add a school, click Add New School, then type in the school name.
  3. Type in the location password and click Save Changes.

Location Settings Menu

The Location Settings that can be changed is this menu are the description of the Location on the initial login display choice and all subsequent display screens.

  1. Click the Location Management tab, then click Location Settings
  2. Type any description changes.
  3. Type the location password.
  4. Click Save when you are finished.

Location Email/Password Menu

This menu allows you to create a new location owner, assign an alternate email address, change the location password, or email the location password to the current owner.

  1. Click the Location Management tab, then click Location Email/Password
  2. To change the owner, type the new email.
  3. To add an alternate email for public contact, type the email.
  4. To change the password, type the new password twice.
  5. Type the current password to authorize the changes.
  6. Click Save Changes.
  7. If the current password is unknown, retrieve it by clicking Email My Password.
